üzere bütün belediye başkanlarımız, yerel yöneticilerimizle,
sivil toplum kuruluşlarımızla beraber Konya’mızı daha
ileriye götürecek projelerimizi hayata geçirdiğimizi
belirtmek isterim. Bu projelerimizi yürütürken tabii ki en
büyük destekçimizin hemşerilerimiz olduğunun altını
çizmek isterim. Atacağımız bütün adımlarda onlarla
istişare ederek, onların talep ve arzularını göz önünde
bulundurarak planlamalarımızı yapıyoruz.
Projelerimizden kısaca bahsetmem gerekirse bunlardan
biri sosyal konut projemizdir. 67 ildeki 140 projemizin
7’sini Konya’mızda gerçekleştiriyoruz. Projemizin kura
çekimlerini gerçekleştirdik. Hak sahipleri artık belli.
Burada yapacağımız 2 bin 425 konutu en kısa sürede
tamamlayarak hemşerilerimizi konutlarına kavuşturmuş
olacağız.
Bunun dışında hemşerilerimizden gelen konut talebi var.
Bu talepler doğrultusunda Konya merkezde 1.000 konut
daha yapılmasını planlıyoruz. Bununla beraber Konya’mıza
3 bin 500 konut kazandırmış olacağız.
Bu projeyi TOKİ Başkanlığımızla yürütüyoruz. Tabii
TOKİ’nin Konya’mızda yaptığı çalışma sadece bu değil.
TOKİ ile Konya’da bugüne kadar 2 milyar 280 milyon
liralık yatırım gerçekleştirdik. Hali hazırda 667 milyon liralık
devam eden projelerimiz bulunuyor.
19 bin 452 konutun, 101 sosyal donatının yapım süreci
tamamlandı. 3 bin 476 konut ve 16 sosyal donatının yapım
süreçleri devam ediyor.
Burada izninizle kentsel dönüşüm çalışmalarına
değinmek istiyorum. Geçtiğimiz haftalarda “Kentsel
Dönüşüm Eylem Planı”nı açıkladınız. Bu eylem planı
kapsamında Konya özelinde yürüttüğünüz veya
desteklediğiniz projeler bulunuyor mu?
Evet, sizin de az önce belirttiğiniz gibi 12 Eylül’de “Kentsel
Dönüşüm Eylem Planı”mızı açıkladık.

make our plans by consulting with them and considering their
demands and desires.
If I would need to briefly mention our projects, one of them
is our social housing project. We are realizing 7 of our 140
projects in 67 provinces in Konya. We conducted cast lots
for our project. The beneficiaries are now certain. We will be
completing the 2 thousand 425 houses we will make here
as soon as possible and bring our fellow countrymen to their
homes.
On the other hand, there is another housing demand from our
fellow countrymen. In line with these demands, we plan to
build 1,000 houses more in the center of Konya. Additionally,
we will have 3 thousand 500 houses in Konya.
We are carrying out this project with TOKI. Of course, this is
not only work of TOKİ in Konya. Until now we have realized 2
billion 280 million TL investment in Konya with TOKİ. There are
already 667 million TL of ongoing projects.

With your permission in here, I would like to mention the
urban transformation works. In the recent weeks you have
announced the ‘Urban Transformation Action Plan’. Under
this action plan are there any projects that you carry on or
support especially for Konya?
Yes, as you just mentioned before, we announced our‘Urban
Transformation Action Plan’ on September 12th.
We started our urban transformation project within the scope
of transformation work as a result of our work with local
governments in 2019 to 65 thousand housing units all over
Turkey. We will transform 2 thousand 500 of these residences
in Konya within the scope of our action plan.
Consisting of 8 items article 2 of this action plan include the
transformation of industrial areas and historic city centers. We

In Konya as in the other 80 provinces, we continue our
activities in areas that are under the responsibility of
our Ministry starting from urban transformation to social
housing projects, from nation gardens to infrastructure
superstructure works, to environmental protection and
climate change works.
